Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and chargeable features of SubhX Nexus, operated by Subhx Infotech OPC Pvt Ltd. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions. All amounts are stated and charged in Indian Rupees (INR), exclusive of applicable GST.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing area of your workspace or by writing to support@subhx.in from the organisation administrator's email.
• On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and auto-renewal is switched off. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
• After the paid period ends, the workspace moves to a limited or read-only state. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of cancellation as described in our Terms.
• You can resubscribe at any time; access and features resume once payment is received.

If your plan began with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial period. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed when it converts to a paid plan. No charge is raised, and therefore no refund arises, for a subscription cancelled before the first paid billing date.

• Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (for example monthly or annually). As a goodwill measure, if you cancel a newly started paid plan within 7 days of the first paid charge and have not made substantial use of paid features, you may request a full refund of that charge.
• For annual plans cancelled after the 7-day window, we may, at our discretion, provide a pro-rata refund for complete, unused months remaining in the term, less any usage-based charges already incurred and any non-refundable items listed below.
• Monthly plans are generally not refundable for the current month once the 7-day window has passed; cancellation simply stops the next renewal.
• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within a reasonable time, typically 7–14 business days after approval, subject to your bank or payment provider's processing time. Applicable GST is adjusted in accordance with law.

• Some features (for example KYC verification and certain communications) are metered and paid from your organisation's prepaid wallet, which you top up in INR in advance.
• Wallet top-ups are consumed as you use the relevant features. Amounts already consumed by a completed, successful action are not refundable.
• An unused, positive wallet balance from a top-up may be refundable on request at our discretion, net of any applicable transaction fees and amounts already utilised, where the top-up was made within the preceding 6 months.
• If a chargeable action fails or is not delivered through no fault of yours, the corresponding amount is either not debited or is credited back to your wallet. Wallet debits for successful KYC checks are charged on a verified result and are otherwise reversed.

The following are not eligible for refund, except where required by law:

• Usage-based and metered charges for services already rendered, including completed KYC verifications, sent communications and consumed wallet credits.
• Applicable GST and other statutory taxes already remitted, except as adjusted under tax law.
• Third-party or payment-gateway transaction fees.
• Subscription fees for billing periods that have already elapsed (i.e. the service was available to you), beyond the goodwill window described above.
• Charges arising from breach of our Terms or fraudulent or abusive use.

We may change pricing for future billing cycles on reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend access until the outstanding amount is settled. Suspension for non-payment does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already due.
