Yes. Every new workspace gets 14 days with full access to every feature. No credit card to start, and nothing auto-charges when the trial ends — you decide whether to continue.
The whole HR and workplace core: people, onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll, tasks, CRM, team chat, voice and video calls, e-sign and Drive — at a flat per-user price with every core feature included and no seat minimums.
A few specialised modules are opt-in: Mailbox, Inventory, Sales & Billing, POS, Vault, Bookings, Live Chat and Daily Status Reports (DSR). SubhX Verify, the validation API, is prepaid and priced per call. You turn an add-on on only when you need it, so you never pay for something you are not using. A couple of add-ons extend an existing service rather than standing alone — DSR, for example, builds on the HR service — so those become available once you have the service they build on.
Most teams are live the same day. Create your organisation, bulk-import people from CSV or XLSX, set working hours and leave policies, and invite your team by email. You can switch on modules one at a time rather than doing a big-bang cutover.
Yes. Bulk-import employees, attendance and salary structures from CSV or XLSX with a per-row error report so nothing fails silently. Inventory and contacts import the same way.
Hiring paperwork, employee records and the directory.
HR builds an onboarding template with the fields and documents it needs, then invites a candidate by email with a secure link. The candidate completes the form and uploads documents; HR reviews them and finalises to create the employee record — no manual re-keying.
Personal and contact details, employment history, department and role, salary structure, documents and agreements, KYC status, assigned assets, and an audit trail of changes — all role-permissioned so people only see what they should.
Yes. Import a CSV or XLSX to create or update many employees at once, mapping columns to fields with a preview before you commit. Export the full directory or a filtered subset to CSV or streamed XLSX any time.
Organise people into departments with a head of department (HOD). HODs get scoped views and can manage their team's tickets and tasks. Roles and reporting lines drive what each person can see and approve across the platform.
Check-in, geofencing, shifts and time off.
Employees check in and out from the web or the mobile app. If your organisation enables it, check-in is GPS-based and validated against an office geofence, with optional reason capture when someone is outside the boundary.
A geofence is a virtual boundary around your office. When enabled, employees must check in from within a radius you define (for example 50 metres). It keeps attendance location-accurate and is fully optional per organisation.
Yes. Define shifts and assign them to employees, and maintain an organisation-specific holiday calendar. Attendance and payroll respect both, so weekends, holidays and shift timings are reflected automatically.
Employees apply for leave by type and date range with an optional reason. The assigned manager or HR is notified and can approve or reject — individually or in bulk — and balances update automatically. You can define your own leave types and annual allocations per organisation.
Salary runs, payslips and reimbursements.
Run payroll monthly: the system calculates salaries from attendance, leave, allowances and deductions, shows a summary to review, and locks the run on finalise. Payslips are then generated and made available to each employee.
In the Payroll section of their dashboard or the mobile app, listed by month once a run is finalised. Each payslip breaks down salary, deductions and net pay and can be downloaded as a PDF.
Yes. Define configurable salary structures with earnings and deduction components per employee. Statutory and tax deductions appear on the payslip, and you can adjust components when an employee's compensation changes.
Employees submit an expense with amount, category and receipts. The manager reviews and approves or rejects; approved amounts are credited to the organisation wallet and tracked with a full history.
Jobs, applicants, interviews and offers.
Yes. Post jobs, collect applications through a public careers page, move candidates through customisable pipeline stages, rate them with interview scorecards, and generate offer letters — all in one ATS.
Yes. Build an offer from a template, send it by email, and the candidate can e-sign it. Once signed, you onboard them with the standard onboarding workflow, so hiring flows straight into employment.
Yes. Each organisation gets a careers page where open roles are listed and candidates apply online. Applications land directly in your ATS pipeline.
Chat, calls and meetings, built in.
Yes. Team chat with channels, direct messages and threads, WhatsApp-style one-tap voice and video calls, and full HD meetings with screen-share all ship inside Nexus — no separate app and no extra login for your team.
Yes. Send images, documents and files in any conversation. Attachments are virus-scanned and stored in your organisation's private storage, visible only to members of that conversation.
Yes. One-tap voice and video calls work on the Android app with ringing notifications, mute, camera switch and speaker, using a secure relay so calls connect across networks.
Work tracking, deals and pipelines.
Create tasks with assignees, due dates, priorities, sub-tasks and attachments, and organise them into projects with workflow states you can arrange as board columns. Teams collaborate with comments and status updates, and you can sync from Linear if you use it.
Track leads and deals through your pipeline, manage contacts, and convert a won deal straight into a GST-correct invoice — the CRM, billing and inventory all feed the same engine so the deal, the invoice and the stock stay in sync.
GST invoicing, stock and point of sale.
Yes. Invoices are raised in INR to the paisa with the correct GST treatment, so the document your customer receives is tax-correct. No separate accounting plugin is required.
Track stock across multiple shops, use any common barcode type, manage product photos, and link billing to stock so sales deduct inventory automatically with reconciliation.
Yes. A quick-bill POS lets you sell at the counter, scan barcodes, take payment and deduct stock in one flow — the same billing engine that powers invoices and the CRM.
Daily check-ins from your team, and what they cost.
DSR (Daily Status Report) is a structured daily check-in. You build reusable daily, weekly or monthly questionnaires, assign them to people by designation so each role answers what is relevant to it, and get a compliance trail showing who has submitted and who is still pending. Employees fill theirs in from the web or the mobile app in a couple of minutes.
Yes — DSR requires the HR service. It is an extension of HR rather than a standalone product: it assigns questionnaires against your employee records and targets them by designation, so it needs the HR modules that hold those records to work at all. If your organisation already runs HR, DSR is available to switch on straight away. If not, add the HR service first and DSR unlocks.
Per employee, per month, and only for the people you actually put on it. The list price is Rs 49 per seated employee per month — a seated employee is one you have switched DSR on for, not your whole headcount, so a 200-person company running DSR for a 20-person field team pays for 20. It appears as its own line on your monthly invoice, and you can turn it off at any time.
The prepaid, per-call validation API.
A prepaid validation API you can buy on its own. Today it validates bank accounts: you send an account number and an IFSC and get back whether the account is valid, with the name at the bank where the provider returns it. UPI penny drop is next and works the other way round — a UPI ID on its own returns the account number, IFSC, bank and branch and the name at the bank — and it is priced but not callable yet. Every other type in the catalogue — PAN, GST, Aadhaar, IFSC, driving licence, voter ID, passport, mobile and PAN to GSTIN — is coming soon, and a call to anything that is not open is refused rather than queued.
It is the mirror image of a bank-account check: instead of giving us an account and getting a name, you give us a UPI ID — name@bank, with no account number and no IFSC — and a ₹1 UPI transaction pushed to it brings back the account behind it, with the account number, the IFSC, the bank and branch and the name registered at the bank. It also needs your explicit assertion that the person consented, which is recorded against that call and which we will never assume on your behalf; sending a name as well switches on name matching and returns a match score. It is charged per call like every other type, a drop that never settles is refunded because it answers nothing, and until the type opens a call to it is refused rather than charged.
Per call, from a prepaid API wallet that is separate from your other SubhX billing. A definitive answer is charged — and “this account does not exist” is a definitive answer. If we cannot reach an answer at all, the charge is refunded automatically and the refund is linked to the debit it reverses. Malformed requests, coming-soon types, calls refused for a low balance and sandbox calls cost nothing, and retrying the same request_id never charges twice.
Yes. A sandbox key (sk_test_) runs the same call with the same response shape, but never contacts a bank and never touches your balance. The last four digits of the account number choose the outcome, so you can test a success, an invalid account and even the refund path for free.
No. It is standalone — its own wallet, its own API keys, no dependence on employee records — so an organisation that wants nothing but the validation API can switch it on and start calling.
Account numbers are never stored in full — only the last four digits are kept, alongside a one-way fingerprint used to recognise a repeated request. No provider's field names, messages or status codes are passed through to you, every call is recorded against the API key that made it, and access is scoped to your organisation.
Storage, sharing and signatures.
Yes. Drive gives each organisation private, role-permissioned storage for documents and media, with folders, sharing links and previews. Per-org isolation means one company never sees another's files.
Yes. The built-in e-sign module handles contracts, offer letters and agreements end to end — prepare a document, send it for signature, and track its status, the way a dedicated e-signature tool would.
Android app for employees and admins.
Yes. There is a native Android app for both employees and admins — GPS check-in, chat and one-tap calls, leave and reimbursement approvals, payslips and SubhX Verify on the go. An iOS build is on the way, and the full web dashboard also works in a phone browser.
It is on Google Play — search for SubhX Nexus, or open play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nexus.subhx.in. Sign in with your work email and a one-time code, the same account as the web.
Encryption, residency, backups and deletion.
All data is hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) for Indian data residency, with daily encrypted backups, AES-256 encryption at rest, encryption in transit, role-based access and per-organisation isolation.
Your data stays yours. Export employees, payroll runs, attendance logs, CRM records and project history to CSV any time from Settings, with bulk exports available on request.
Yes, any time, from inside the product — account deletion is self-service and Google Play-compliant, with no support ticket or waiting period. Export a copy first if you want one; on deletion your organisation's data is removed.
Permissions, integrations and building on top.
Roles — Employee, Team Leader, HR Assistant, HR Manager, Organisation Admin and Super Admin — drive a capability matrix that controls what each person can see and do. An org admin assigns roles from an employee's profile, and changes take effect immediately.
Yes. An admin who is also an employee can switch between the admin portal and their own employee view, so they manage the organisation and use the product as a team member without a second login.
Every screen is also a REST API — the same endpoints that power the dashboards. Generate a key in the admin panel, wire up webhooks, and integrate Nexus with your existing payroll, accounting or BI stack. API access is bundled, not a paid tier.
Yes. Significant actions — employee created, leave approved, payroll run and more — are recorded with who, what and when, filterable by date, user and action for compliance and troubleshooting.
Signing in and getting help.
Enter your work email and we send a 6-digit one-time code — no password to remember. The code signs you in and takes you to your role's portal.
Email and priority support are included in the base plan — write to support@subhx.in and a human usually replies the same day. Every portal also has an in-product help centre, and the full REST API docs are available in-app.
